FAQ’s

Do I have to prepay for online ordering?  Can I use cash?
Online orders require prepayment with debit or credit card.  You cannot use cash or gift cards to pay for online orders.

How can I be sure the shop has received my online order?
After you submit your order, you will receive an email receipt confirming your order and pick-up time.  At that time the shop you have ordered from will also receive your order.  No further action is necessary.

How do I change or cancel my online order?
You can continually make changes to your order within the app until you submit it. Once your order has been placed it cannot be delayed, changed, or canceled

Where do I go to pick up my online order once I arrive at the shop?
You can pick up your online order at the drink pick up area in the shop.  Just let the barista know you are there to pick up your online order.

Can I place an online order for dining in shop?
Sure! On checkout screen, just select “Eat In” as your Order Type.  Then the baristas will prepare your items as dining in, instead of to go.

Can I place an online order from my computer?
Yes! Please visit the desktop version of our online ordering app here: https://waterstreetcoffee.revelup.com/weborder/ Please be sure you are choosing the correct Water St location before placing your order. Location can be changed on the bottom left corner of the order screen.

How can I provide feedback related to my online ordering experience?
The app is a new feature for Water St, and we are learning as we go.  We’d love to hear what you think of the app and the online ordering experience!  Simply reply to your emailed receipt, and we will incorporate your feedback as we are able.
